Tree Rules:
Property owners are responsible for prompt removal of trees that fall on road and shall notify a board member for safety reasons (e.g. traffic cones, “Road Closed” signs). Property owners are responsible for trimming of shrubs or tree branches that hang low over the road or block sight lines at intersections.

If a fallen tree does not affect the road, that is a matter solely for the homeowner or homeowners involved and their insurance companies.

The POA or its representatives reserve the right to access the easement to remove or trim shrubs, branches, trees, or tree limbs that infringe on the road or impede maintenance of roadside ditches.


Parking Rules:
Parking on the easement is prohibited when more than 3 inches of snow is expected during a snowfall to allow room for snowplow operation and for the snow berm.

Temporary short-term parking (less than 12 hours) on the easement is allowed for special infrequent events.

Overnight parking on the easement is not allowed. This applies to homeowners, long-term renters, and short-term renters
