The Falls Creek Property Owners Association Annual Meeting will be held on August 6, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the Williamson Creek Community Center. Doors open at 10 a.m.. Agenda items will include the following.

• Treasurer’s Report.
• President’s Report.
• Adjusted Annual Maintenance Fee for 2017-2018.
• Board Members nominations - all board member positions are filled.
• Annual Maintenance Day.
• Issues and concerns from Association Members.

Directions: From Knob Road, proceed to Williamson Creek Road. Take a right onto Williamson Creek Road and proceed for approximately ½ mile, crossing a bridge to Williamson Creek Community Center Road on your left. The road bears a bit to the left up a hill approximately 200 yards.
